* The CAE courses are held in person and require a minimum enrollment of 10 students. If enrollment falls below this threshold, the class may be canceled.  

Registration Fee

The registration fee for each student is $50. It can be waived if the tuition and materials fees are paid in full by August 1st , 2024.

Tuition Due Date

Full tuition is due on September 1st , 2024. 

Refund Policy

Full or prorated r efunds are offered if you are moving out of the state, a health reason precludes your child from attending the program, or the class is canceled. A $100 cancellation fee applies if your child withdraws from the program for other reasons. No cancellation fee will be charged if the class is cancelled by Yucai or CAE.  No refund can be offered after January 1, 2025.

Late Pick-up Fee

Children not picked up within 10 minutes of their contract time maybe subject to a late pick-up fee with $1 per minute for each child. A maximum of five late pick-ups per semester, per family, will be allowed. The contract may be terminated if there are more than five late pick-ups. In this case, the refund policy will be followed.  

Absence

For the safety of your children, notify the instructor if they will be absent. This includes preplanned and unplanned absences. No credits will be given for absences or school closing days due to weather or other emergencies. Please contact the instructor about a possible makeup lesson at least three days before your missing lesson. 

Location

MathWiz and ReadingWiz are offered on Tuesdays at Saint Barnabas Church (15600 Old Rockford Rd, Plymouth) or Thursdays at ​Plymouth Community Center (14800 34th Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55447). You can choose any of the days that works for you.
